Dr. Chang is a Professor and Vice Chairman of Strategic Development and Innovation in the Department of Neurosurgery at Stanford. He is also the inaugural holder of the Robert C. And Jeannette Powell Professorship in the Neurosciences at Stanford University School of Medicine.
