Sarah R. Williams, MD, MHPE, PCC, BCC is a Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine and a professional coach. She is a national leader in medical education and coaching and leads our institution-wide coaching initiative to democratize the availability of quality coaching in medical education (COACHME@Stanford: https://med.stanford.edu/content/sm/coachme.html). This program is now available to faculty at Stanford and beyond who seek to integrate the powerful tool of coaching into their impactful roles in medical education.
